    Let’s take a look at your time through the lens of your MOST powerful resource: your life force energy.

    You will identify which zone you are in: The Dead Zone, The Comfort Zone, The Change Zone, and The Expand Zone. You will identify where you are currently spending your time and energy — and how to reallocate your energy to achieve your goals.

  • Guided Visualization

    It’s time to meet your highest self.

    You will experience an expansive journey through guided meditation and visualization to meet the version of you who knows.

    This visualization is designed to deepen your intuitive connection, provide grounding guidance, and relax your mind.

    We’ll end by sharing what you received from the meditation.

  • Energetic Roadmap

    Often, it is our actions that move us from zone to zone. In this workshop, you’ll identify micro-to-macro steps and habits that can realign your time to the zone you wish to be in.

    Your action-oriented mindset and building out your Energetic Roadmap will provide you with the direction, focus, and momentum you need in order to change and expand long after the workshop.

What are the 4 Energy Zones™?

The 4 Energy Zones™ are a way of looking at your time through your most precious resource: your energy. This framework allows you to orient where you are and help you see where you want to be.

  • This zone is where you will find things like burnout, soul-sucking experiences, things you’d rather do without, exhaustion, and apathy.

    Relating to the seasons, the Dead Zone is WINTER. Nothing is growing, and it has the potential to begin growing again.

  • This may be self-explanatory, but this zone is where it is familiar, “good” or “good enough”, relatively easy and you are able to operate via mindless mastery.

    Relating to the seasons, the Comfort Zone is SUMMER. It’s warm and you know what to expect.

  • The Change Zone is where you keep your edge, you experience grounded resistance, and you acknowledge that change is life’s constant.

    In this zone, you are either leading calculated change in your life or you are experiencing unexpected change (I.e. death of a loved one, a layoff, etc.).

    Relating to seasons, this zone is like FALL. Things must die and come to and end in order for new things to come through.

  • The Expand Zone is an inquisitive and exciting place to be. It’s like the moment before the rollercoaster makes its steep descent.

    In this zone, you may ask the question “What if?” and use the statement “Watch me!”.

    Relating to the seasons, this zone is like SPRING: You are blooming and growing, and it is a beautiful thing.

  • 4-hour workshop

  • Minimum of 6 attendees

  • Speaker Fee: $3,650 plus travel, lodging, and meals (as applicable).
