How does business coaching work?

Working with a business coach can be a great investment in to support growing your business. It is a way of accelerating your trajectory with the help of an outside yet invested perspective.

As a business coach, I support clients in the following ways:

  • We meet 2x per month via Zoom for our coaching sessions. I also am available for text and email support.

  • After being in business for nearly 8 years, I have an immense resources toolkit to pull from based on your business needs.

  • One of my favorite things to support clients with is Identifying their limiting beliefs and supporting them in reframing their thoughts. I am also particular about what type of language my clients use. For example, my skin crawls at the phrase “I don’t know”!

  • I have a vast network of connections that I love introducing my clients to. Your network as a business leader is vital to the levels you can unlock and achieve. My people are your people!

As a business coach, I am a business generalist. With over 13 years of business experience (corporate + small business), I’ve learned a lot.

Streamlining business processes and operations? Did that.

Hiring, firing, and training talent? Did that.

Marketing and events? Did that.

Strategy, innovation, and growth? Did that.

Executive support? Did that. Leadership? Did that!

Sales? I did that as well!

Month 1

  • Call One: Onboarding and energy-based goal setting

  • Call Two: Human Design reading for you, your business, and a synastry reading.

Month 2-4

Call topics may vary, but past client calls included:

  • How to scale your business (both up and down!)

  • How to use your intuition to sell and market yourself

  • How to reframe limiting beliefs

  • How to increase your self-trust

  • Things to consider when bringing on team members

  • Pivoting your business’s central mission, core offer, or key clientele
