As an ICF certified coach of more than a decade, a depth psychologist, and creativity expert, I’ve seen firsthand how the right question can unlock clarity that advice and strategies never could. Designing thoughtful prompts is my craft — blending psychology, intuition, and years of coaching experience.

Nope! Some of our members journal in the morning, some throughout the day, and others at night.

As much time as you want! The daily prompts are designed to be answered in 5 minutes. If you do the full 3-pages per day, it can take anywhere from 15 to 45 minutes.

Join anytime. Whenever you join, you’ll receive the current month’s prompts, an invitation to that month’s community session, and access to our group community.

My recommendation is pen and paper, but you can use a digital notebook as well.
