As an ICF certified coach of more than a decade, a depth psychologist, and creativity expert, I’ve seen firsthand how the right question can unlock clarity that advice and strategies never could. Designing thoughtful prompts is my craft — blending psychology, intuition, and years of coaching experience.
Every prompt in Morning Pages Club is thoughtfully designed and curated by yours truly. My goal isn’t to tell you what to think — it’s to help you ask better questions so you can uncover your own answers.

Can I join anytime, or do I have to wait for the next month? Join anytime. Whenever you join, you’ll receive the current month’s prompts, an invitation to that month’s community session, and access to our group chat.
What do I get immediately when I join? Full access to the club! You’ll receive a welcome email with the daily prompts, calendar invitations to the upcoming community journaling sessions, and access to our group chat. xt goes here

How much time does this actually take? As much time as you want! The daily prompts are designed to be answered in 5 minutes. If you do the full 3-pages per day, it can take anywhere from 15 to 45 minutes.
Do I have to journal every day? You do not have to journal every day. Morning Pages Club is about designing a journal practice that works for you.
Do I have to journal in the morning? Nope! Some of our members journal in the morning, some throughout the day, and others at night.
Do I have to write 3 pages every time? Not even close! You might write 1 sentence one day or 5 pages the next day. It’s flexible.

What if I miss a few days? You decide at the start of every month what you want your cadence to be. Missing a few days of your daily practice is OK! Life happens.
Can I go at my own pace? Definitely! That’s what Morning Pages Club is here for.
Do I have to follow the prompts exactly? You might break my heart a little bit, but NO! They are simply invitations for inspiration — not requirements!

How do I receive the prompts? Via email. You can download them directly to your phone or print the PDF.
Do I have to use a specific journal or format? My recommendation is pen and paper, but you can use a digital notebook as well.
