About Kelsey Erickson

Kelsey Erickson is a certified ICF coach, leadership development expert, and yoga coach who has been working with athletes since 2019. She specializes in helping high school and collegiate players strengthen not only their physical performance but also their mental game — teaching tools for focus, resilience, and self-leadership that translate on and off the field.

Kelsey earned her bachelor’s degree in Management from Gustavus Adolphus College and her master’s degree in Depth Psychology and Creativity from Pacifica Graduate Institute. In addition to her yoga coaching background, she has nearly a decade of experience in leadership coaching, working with individuals and teams to develop confidence, communication, and clarity under pressure. She combines mindfulness techniques, mindset training, and practical life skills to help athletes manage stress, build self-awareness, and show up as the best version of themselves in every arena.

As a yoga coach at a private athletic academy, Kelsey works alongside coaches and players to integrate mental performance strategies into athletic training. Her approach is professional yet relatable, blending proven coaching methods with a deep understanding of what it’s like to compete — and thrive — in high-pressure environments.
